Tomato fertilization technology points

First, fertilization at the seedling stage

When the soil nitrogen (N) content is less than 30 mg/kg and the phosphorus (P) content is less than 20 mg/kg, the tomato seedlings grow slowly and weakly. Therefore, cultivating strong seedlings is the basis for high yields of tomatoes. Generally, 10-15 days before sowing, 100-150 kg of fully-fertilized and chopped mixed manure is applied to the surface of 11 m2, and the phosphorus is mixed with 0.15-0.23 kg (equivalent to general calcium phosphate 1.3-2). Kilograms or heavy superphosphate (0.3-0.5 kg), in addition, potassium, 0.15-0.17 kg (equivalent to about 0.3 kg of potassium sulfate), and fully mixed with the soil. It is also possible to apply 1 kg of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium (15:15:15) compound fertilizer to the seedbed (11) before planting and mix well with soil, which has good effects on promoting strong seedling, improving fruit setting and yield.

If nutrient blocks or nutrient seedlings are used, the roots are less when transplanting, and the slow seedling period is shorter, which can increase the early yield. The preparation of culture soil is 50%-60% for peat, 25%-30% for horse manure, 15%-20% for garden soil, 20%-30% for grass charcoal, 20%-30% for manure, and 50% for garden soil. 60%, fully mixed and filled into the seedbed, sprayed, diced or nursed for nursery.

Second, fertilization before planting

Re-application of decomposing fertilizer before planting, applying 75-105 tons of high-quality farmyard manure per hectare; phosphorus 90-120 kg, equivalent to 750-975 kg of calcium phosphate or 195-255 kg of heavy calcium; potassium 112.5-150 kg, equivalent Potassium sulfate 225-300 kg. Adding phosphorus and potassium fertilizers on the basis of applying nitrogen fertilizer can achieve obvious yield increase effects.

Third, top dressing after planting

1 è‹—è‹—è‚¥: When planting a second slow seedling water after planting, 7500 kg of diluted manure water per hectare or 15-30 kg of nitrogen (N), equivalent to 30-60 kg of urea or 70.5-142.5 of ammonium sulfate Kilograms or ammonium nitrate 43.5-87 kg. In the case of low soil fertility and insufficient base fertilizer, it is very important to promote seedling fertilizer.

2 promote fruit fertilizer: when the first ear fruit begins to expand, combined with irrigation and fertilizer application, this fertilizer accounts for 30%-40% of the total topdressing amount, generally 7500-15000 kilograms per hectare of manure, or nitrogen (N) 45-60 kg, equivalent to 90-135 kg of urea or 210-285 kg of ammonium sulfate. After that, do not use ammonium nitrate as a top dressing to reduce nitrogen leaching and nitrate accumulation in the fruit.

3 Top-loading topdressing: When the tomato enters the fruiting period, the vegetative body and the fruit amount increase rapidly. If the fertilizer is insufficient in this period, the plant will prematurely decay, the fruit is not fully developed, the flesh is thin, and the quality is poor. Generally, in the period when the first ear fruit is whitish until the third ear fruit is rapidly inflated, the top dressing is 2-3 times. Nitrogen (N) 75-150 kg per hectare, equivalent to 165-330 kg of urea or 357-714 kg of ammonium sulfate. In addition, it can also be combined with pesticide spraying 0.3%-0.5% urea, 0.5% potassium dihydrogen phosphate, 0.5%-0.8% calcium nitrate 2-3 times, which is beneficial to maintain the later yield and reduce fruit diseases.
